super service - if any breakdown the office staff will contact engineer straight away, if unable to fix remotely they will come out and sort. Thank fully we've only had a couple of issues but all resolved.:-)

We've had great service from ABS. From pre-sale, where they took time to really understand our requirements and were careful not to oversell, to installation we felt important as a customer. As with any IT equipment there are occasional blips but these are dealt with in a friendly, professional and most importantly quick way!

We have worked in partnership with ABS for over a decade, since the beginning of The Next Step Trust where they donated our very first photocopier. We have a fantastic working relationship with Brett (our account manager) and the team at ABS, who have always been proactive and sorted the best deals for us.

ABS have made our life so much easier by installing a laser printer networked to all our computers which is much simpler than arranging ink cartridges for multiple desk units. It’s also less than half the cost to run, and that’s including the small lease payment for the printer. The contract printing solution has been great and I wouldn’t go back to doing it the other way now in our office.
