super service - if any breakdown the office staff will contact engineer straight away, if unable to fix remotely they will come out and sort. Thank fully we've only had a couple of issues but all resolved.:-)

Made the switch to ABS after spending a fortune on ink cartridges and constantly running out of ink. We don't have to worry about that anymore. The printer was installed quickly and professionally and connected to all our hardware. Hannah who looks after our account is an asset to the company. Always friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am useless at IT but she always goes out of her way to explain without making me feel stupid. Can't praise her enough. Would highly recommend to anyone.

ABS have just taken away our (very large) and aged printer/scanner/copier and replaced it with a brand new piece of kit. The whole transition was seamless and we were only off-line for a matter of a few minutes.
