The Challenge
Before coming to us, New Moon Nurseries operated a single site and were relying on an old desktop printer, purchasing cartridges as needed.
As their printing requirements grew, they needed a managed print solution to efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks, parent communications, record-keeping, and the creation of learning materials.
They also required reliable, cost-effective machines with consistent performance and dependable support.
A Better Way
After reviewing New Moon Nurseries’ operational needs, we implemented a managed print solution, supplying a high-quality A4 copier. This improved the quality of prints, reduced costs, and gave them the peace of mind that any issues would be dealt with quickly. When they opened their second site, they replicated the set-up, knowing that it had worked well for their primary site. Each nursery now has its own reliable device, allowing staff to print efficiently and directly from tablets.
In addition, our sister company, Crest IT, provided IT hardware and supported the networking of the devices to ensure seamless operations across both sites. The environmentally friendly copiers align with the nurseries’ commitment to sustainability and provide a cost-effective solution tailored to a busy childcare environment.
