Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The referral scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.

1.2 Referrals must be genuine new business introductions.

2. How to Participate

2.1 To participate, the referrer must submit details of the company being referred via one of the following methods:

2.2 The referred company must not already be a customer, prospect, or in active discussions with ABS UK Ltd or our IT division, formerly known as Crest IT Solutions at the time of referral.

2.3 There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may make, provided each referral meets these Terms and Conditions.

3. Reward

3.1 If a referred company becomes a paying customer of ABS UK Ltd, the referrer will receive one (1) £200 Amazon voucher.

3.2 The reward will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the first cleared payment from the referred company.

3.3 Rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

3.4 IT referrals – specific terms

For IT referrals, eligibility requires:

  • A signed IT support contract with a minimum value of £150 + VAT per month
  • A minimum contract term of 12 months

The reward will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the first payment under the contract.

4. Exclusions

4.1 Referrals of existing customers, or companies already in discussions with ABS UK Ltd or the company formerly known as Crest IT Solutions, are not valid.

4.2 Self-referrals, duplicate referrals of the same company, and referrals of related or associated businesses may be deemed invalid at the discretion of ABS UK Ltd.

4.3 ABS UK Ltd reserves the right to decline any referral if the referred company is deemed unsuitable for its services.

5. Consent

5.1 By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained permission from the referred business for ABS UK Ltd to make contact using the details provided.

6. General

6.1 ABS UK Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without notice.

6.2 In the event of a dispute, the decision of ABS UK Ltd is final.

6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3.1 We take reasonable measures to ensure that any customer information processed through AI-assisted systems is subject to the same confidentiality and security standards applied to all customer data.

 

3.2 We will not knowingly use confidential customer information, personal data, documents, emails, files, or other customer-owned content to train publicly available or shared AI models without prior written consent.

 

3.3 Where third-party AI platforms are used, we will seek to ensure appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards are in place, including data protection agreements where required.

 

3.4 Our use of AI technologies is aligned with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from inaccuracies, omissions, or errors generated by AI technologies, including third-party tools.

 

8.2 Nothing in this policy shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

 

9. Changes to This Policy

 

9.1 We reserve the right to amend this Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy at any time.

 

9.2 Any changes will take effect upon publication on this website.
