The ABS Foundation

Supporting community projects in West Yorkshire and around the world.

The ABS Foundation was established to create lasting, positive impact by supporting charities, community groups, and sustainable projects both locally and internationally.

Every time a customer chooses ABS for managed print, IT, cybersecurity, or telecoms, a percentage of that contract is invested into the Foundation at no additional cost. Combined with fundraising and volunteering from the ABS team, this allows us to support projects that make a genuine difference to people’s lives.

From community initiatives across West Yorkshire to long-term partnerships in countries including Sri Lanka, India, Rwanda and Uganda, we are committed to helping organisations that create meaningful change.

    Anna Friend New Moon Nurseries

  • “Before working with ABS, dealing with a print supplier was something I genuinely dreaded. Since partnering with ABS, that perspective has completely changed. Everyone I interact with, whether the admin team, engineers, or salespeople, is consistently professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend ABS more highly to any organisation looking for a reliable, approachable, and cost-effective printing and IT partner.”

    Christine Beal My Mito Mission

  • “We’ve been working with ABS for over 20 years, since our roots were planted at King Cross to now working across 4 sites in Calderdale. They have always provided a reliable and responsive service, understanding our needs particularly as we have grown both in physical sites and our online use. It is reassuring to have worked with the same account manager over the years, to have a familiar face that we can trust to support us on a day-to-day and long term basis as our needs change and grow.”

Verity Moody The Next Step Trust

  • “Smooth-running IT is critical to our business continuity. We have been supported by ABS for over 15 years, and I can honestly say we have never had any periods of inactivity caused by IT failures. As an ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited agency it is vital that our IT partner matches these standards so that we can be audited each year with confidence, and that the assurances we give to our customers is matched throughout our supply chain. We would highly recommend ABS to agencies and other businesses that need assurances in their IT provision.”

    Andrew Firth Ascensor

  • “We have been extremely impressed with the systems that ABS have put in place; it has not only helped us to save money, but has also saved us time with regards to reporting, maintenance and ink and toner orders, which are now done automatically when machines are running low. The transition period was surprisingly smooth; ABS recycled a large number of our old machines which meant we did not have the inconvenience of removing them. ABS understood our business and its needs and provided us with a solution that has exceeded expectations in terms of improving our efficiency.”

Michaela Bruszniewski Practice Manager at Eaton Smith Solicitors

  • “From day one ABS have provided an exemplary service, from the installation of the new machines and software to customer support provided over the phone. The systems introduced have made staff aware of the costs involved and this will result in our school making a significant saving over the next few years, freeing up funds to be spent on areas where they are needed.”

Rob Laycock School Business Manager at Savile Park Primary School

  • “Moving to a managed-print solution service has not only helped us financially, but has also brought time and user-friendly benefits. All of our devices now come from the same supplier, which helps alleviate redundant inks and toners when a machine breaks down. The ordering of toners is done automatically by ABS, so there is no need for different parts of the group to order their own inks and toners. The same applies if a machine is faulty. We took a great deal of time to assess the market before making a decision and we very much hope our partnership with ABS continues.”

Andrew Baker I.T group co-ordinator / architect at Marshall Construction Group

  • “We enlisted the help of ABS after becoming concerned about our spiralling printing costs and the impact on the environment through wasted print. The new system installed by ABS has made everyone mindful about what and why they are printing. It is easy to follow, simple to use and certainly makes a difference.”
