The ABS Customer Portal: How to Sign Up

Nowadays people want to gain access to everything as quick as possible. To support a faster world, we launched the ABS customer portal where customers can access important information relating to their photocopier or printer, at the drop of a hat!

If you’re one of our customers, no matter what industry you’re in, this one is for you. We’ll be explaining how to sign up to our customer portal in four easy steps.

Gaining your personalised login is super-easy to do! Below are four simple steps to creating your account:

1.     Contact Us

Call us on 01422 880008 or email us at info@absabetterway.co.uk and supply us with your details:

  • Organisation name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

2.     Tell us What You Want to Access

We have a variety of options to choose from which may be relevant to your organisation, including:

  • Sites
  • Tickets
  • Meter Readings – This will only be accessed to view meter readings. Readings are either obtained remotely or are entered after receiving an email from us.
  • Invoices

3.     Wait for a Call

We will create your account and call you back with your username and password (this can be changed as soon as you have logged in). You will also receive an email with instructions on how to access the portal.

4.     Log In

Enter your login details on the customer portal page and away you go!
