The ABS Customer Portal: What is it and How Can it Help You?

As a customer-focused business, we have been working on finding better ways to support you. We have now introduced an online portal to enable our customers to view important documents and interact with our team at the touch of a button. This is our new customer portal and it is now live!

What is the ABS Customer Portal?

Our customer portal is an online tool to access information and digital files relating to your machine and contract with ABS. The portal is available 24/7 by logging in to a private, secure landing page where you will see your personalised information.

  • Save time by logging repairs, ordering toners, uploading meter readings and viewing status updates

Here you will be able to access information such as:


Whether you have one office or multiple sites, you can access information about your machine such as which floor it is on or even who it is near e.g. Develop +258 next to Debbie.


Whether you’re having an issue with a paper jam or you are unable to scan documents you can now log a ticket online, see previous logged issues, repair status’ and any notes our dedicated team of engineers may have given following a repair.

Toner Orders

ABS remotely monitor your toner levels via our super-smart software which means we automatically deliver toners to you. However, if you’re not on our remote system you can request toners through this section of the portal.

All customers whether they are on our remote system or not will need to request waste toner bottles and you can request them via the toner ordering section.

Meter Readings

This section of the customer portal will show previous meter readings of your machine.

Similarly to the toner orders, most of our customers are on our remote system and our software will automatically retrieve your meter readings.

If you’re not on our system, you can enter your accurate monthly meter readings here, to make sure they are accurate and to avoid an estimated reading.


You will be able to look at previous invoices and download them if you wish as a PDF.

All the above options are available to access, but you must request which options you would like to use when you sign up! The online portal is personalised to suit your requirements.
