Base71 Youth Zone is a vibrant youth facility located in the heart of Barnsley, providing a safe and inspiring space for young people aged 8–19 (and up to 25 for those with additional needs). The centre offers access to more than 20 activities, including football, boxing, climbing, music, drama, creative arts, and employability training.

Staffed by experienced youth workers and mentors, Base71 Youth Zone is dedicated to empowering young people, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and create meaningful connections that support brighter futures.

The Challenge

As a busy youth centre delivering a wide range of programmes and activities, Base71 relies heavily on reliable office technology to manage day-to-day operations. Administrative teams regularly handle safeguarding documents, programme materials, membership forms, training resources, and internal communications.

To support these activities, the organisation required dependable print equipment capable of handling consistent daily use by staff and volunteers.
